1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products (except earrings) are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
- Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@janyacreations.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, we will arrange a secure pickup from your delivery address.
- The item will go through a quality check before a refund or exchange is processed.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account after confirmation of details.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
